At Ayucarex, your satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic products to your doorstep. However, if you face any issue with your order, please refer to our refund and return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and there is a valid issue with packaging or damage during delivery.
  • You must report the issue within 2–3 days of receiving the product, along with clear photo or video evidence of the damage.

2. Refund Process

  • We currently do not offer monetary refunds.
  • If your return request is approved, we will provide a product exchange of the same or similar value.
  • Refunds will not be processed to the original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@ayucarex.com within 2–3 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, issue description, and proof of damage (images or videos).
  • Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

5. Conditions That Do Not Qualify for Returns

  • Products that are used or tampered with.
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
  • No claims without supporting photo/video evidence.
